Timelines, confirming vendors, orchestrating and choreographing “day of” activities are all provided in this package. This also includes a preliminary get-together with detailed involvement the month prior to the weekend of the event. This package is perfect for the bride who has everything planned and desires a professional on-site services the day of her wedding to execute all the details she has dreamed of her whole life.

• Visit the ceremony and reception sites for placement confirmation
• Prepare schedules for the rehearsal and wedding day

This option allows you to plan your own wedding with a little help from a Steamboat local. A free Get-Together allows both parties to go over themes, and the particular ambiance you would like to convey to your guests. In a second meeting you will be given a list of vendors based upon your specific budget and needs. To help guide you and keep you on track of your spending you will be given a tailored financial plan. Lastly, you will be given ideas that cater to your desired overall impression of your event.
